Yes here at TDF in Cache Valley the home of Logan Utah, we also believe in giving our students the option to gain a hands on experience with sparring. Our instructors have also done the same and continue to do on a regular basis. This is a great way to prepare yourself (in a controlled environment) just in case real life hands you a situation where you may need to defend yourself.
