Our general memberships give you access to ALL classes provided by TDF!

This means you can pick and choose what classes you come to each week/day. TDF offers more classes and training options than any other self defense gym in the state.

At Top Defense & Fitness, we have over 10 instructors/coaches some of which are either pro or former pro fighters. We are constantly offering new classes to our acumen. You can just come in and train for health and self-defense, cardio, or compete in the following: Olympic Judo, Boxing, MMA, Karate, Kick Boxing, Grappling, Jiu-Jitsu and more!
